  • The Site Executive is responsible for overseeing and managing all on-site activities to ensure construction projects are completed within the designated time frame, budget, and with the utmost quality and safety standards. This role entails collaborating with different stakeholders, optimizing resource utilization, and upholding compliance with relevant regulations.


Requirements
  • Onsite lead generation
  • Proficient Communication skills for client interactions
  • Achieve a monthly project target of 20L
  • Focus on target areas including Trichy, Tanjore, Pudukkottai, and Perambalur
  • Regular client follow-ups
  • Coordinate with the digital marketing team for promotional materials
  • Submit daily activity reports
  • Ownership of a Two-wheeler is mandatory
