About the Brand

  • A prominent organic food brand based in India, renowned for its dedication to sustainable farming practices and premium dairy products.
  • The company focuses on organic farming methods to ensure the well-being of its cows and the purity of its dairy range, including milk, yogurt, ghee, and paneer, all produced without synthetic pesticides, fertilizers, or antibiotics.
  • Gaining popularity for its premium organic offerings and commitment to environmental and social responsibility.

Key Role and Responsibilities

  • Own the P&L, digital marketing & app-based capabilities of the house of brands.
  • Accountable for end-to-end customer experience, driving growth within traffic, paid conversions, brand content distribution, overall contributions to revenue, and profit from own brand app.
  • Devise and execute a mobile-first growth strategy for the brand app with consistent acquisition and retention growth.
  • Leverage extensive experience in developing data-driven media strategies to drive positive ROI across various platforms.
  • Monitor site and channel performance for continuous improvement and optimization.
  • Build and own a performance-optimized acquisition strategy and execute campaigns on key platforms.
  • Deliver insights, analysis, and recommendations across E-Commerce functions, performing funnel analysis, and tracking company performance.
  • Work effectively with third-party partners and agencies.
  • Lead team in planning, budget tracking, and reporting on marketing initiatives with a focus on ROI & revenue growth.
  • Run specific campaigns to increase reach and footfall to all brand IPs.

Must Haves

  • Experience in Marketplace management, Mobile Marketing, PPC Ads, Operations, and Event Marketing.
  • Primary channel expertise - Google, Meta, and Web store Position.
  • Monitoring and optimizing site and channel performances.
  • Performance marketing experience in retention, new customer acquisition, and awareness along E-commerce channels.
  • Candidate should have steady exposure in Digital Marketing.
  • Prior expertise in E-commerce and scaling up online businesses is a plus.
