Job Description

As a Global Business Agility Lead, you will be responsible for driving agility across the organization to achieve improved business results. This role reports to the Global Business Agility Center of Excellence and involves collaborating with regional agile teams to support their agility journey by enhancing people and enterprise capabilities, promoting mindset and behavior changes, and fostering a community of change agents within Experian.

You will collaborate with individuals, teams, and leaders at all levels to identify and tackle agility challenges and opportunities. Additionally, you will provide training and coaching on agile principles, practices, mindset, and behaviors.

Moreover, you will play a key role in measuring and communicating the impact of the company's business agility initiatives to track progress and make strategic adjustments.

The Global Business Agility Lead position demands a profound understanding of agile principles and practices, along with excellent communication, presentation, analytical, and problemsolving skills. The ideal candidate will possess leadership experience, a track record of engaging with diverse stakeholders, and expertise in fostering business agility across the organization.

Supporting Objectives:

  • Accelerate innovation pace and enhance speed in product introduction
  • Foster a 'global first' product mindset for maximizing global opportunities
  • Reduce operational costs to drive reinvestment in innovation
  • Enhance productivity and versatility of product and engineering teams

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead regional/BU enablement
  • Develop regional role-based Communities of Practice
  • Oversee regional business agility initiatives from analysis to implementation
  • Guide change process and organizational assessment
  • Develop Agile leadership capabilities across all levels
  • Conduct leadership development initiatives supporting business outcomes
  • Implement change management strategies focusing on capability building
  • Provide training and coaching organization-wide
  • Facilitate cross-functional group discussions and mentor at enterprise level
  • Drive organizational agility enhancements and structural design
  • Manage organizational improvement backlog and planning
  • Act as a trusted expert in lean/agile methodologies and tools
  • Promote tooling standards adoption and collaboration
  • Support teams with metrics, OKRs, and change management practices

Qualifications

Credentials

  • 15+ years coaching experience in agile adoption at team and enterprise levels
  • Proficiency in Agile methodologies and tools like JIRA and Confluence
  • Demonstrated success in enterprise-wide Agile adoption with validated benefits
  • Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred
  • Preferred certifications in Agile coaching and scaling (LeSS, SAFe)
  • Proficiency in English language both spoken and written

Skills

  • Effective stakeholder management skills translating technical information for decision-makers
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities with expert influencing skills
  • Strategic problem analysis and resolution with C-suite consultation experience
  • Background in FinTech, Financial Services, or Cloud Business Services desirable
  • High level of professionalism and emotional intelligence
  • Solution-oriented, adaptable, and dedicated to business needs
  • Positive and enthusiastic attitude inspiring teams towards transformation
  • Comfortable with ambiguity, challenging the status quo, and storytelling
