As a General Laborer, you will play a vital role in supporting our design and construction projects by performing a variety of physical tasks and assisting with job site operations.

This position offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the interior design industry while working on diverse and rewarding projects.

• Assist in setting up and preparing job sites for construction and renovation projects.
• Erect temporary structures, barricades, and safety barriers as directed by supervisors.
• Clear debris, remove obstacles, and ensure work areas are clean and organized.

• Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment from trucks and delivery vehicles.
• Transport materials to designated locations on the job site using hand trucks, dollies, or other equipment.
• Assist with inventory management and storage of materials in an orderly manner.

• Provide assistance to skilled tradespeople such as carpenters, painters, and installers.
• Hand tools, materials, and supplies to workers as needed and follow instructions from supervisors.
• Perform basic construction tasks under supervision, such as digging trenches or mixing concrete.

• Sweep, mop, and clean work areas to maintain a safe and orderly environment.
• Dispose of construction waste and debris in designated containers or disposal sites.
• Perform routine maintenance tasks on tools and equipment to ensure proper functioning.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in construction, general labor, or a related field preferred.
• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks and lift heavy objects.
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn and follow instructions.
• Basic knowledge of construction tools and equipment.
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation may be required.
