Lekha Interiors is seeking a motivated and reliable General Laborer to join our team. As a General Laborer, you will play a vital role in supporting our design and construction projects by performing a variety of physical tasks and assisting with job site operations. This position offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the interior design industry while working on diverse and rewarding projects.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Job Site Preparation**:

- Assist in setting up and preparing job sites for construction and renovation projects.
- Erect temporary structures, barricades, and safety barriers as directed by supervisors.
- Clear debris, remove obstacles, and ensure work areas are clean and organized.

**2. Material Handling**:

- Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment from trucks and delivery vehicles.
- Transport materials to designated locations on the job site using hand trucks, dollies, or other equipment.
- Assist with inventory management and storage of materials in an orderly manner.

**3. Construction Support**:

- Provide assistance to skilled tradespeople such as carpenters, painters, and installers.
- Hand tools, materials, and supplies to workers as needed and follow instructions from supervisors.
- Perform basic construction tasks under supervision, such as digging trenches or mixing concrete.

**4. Cleanup and Maintenance**:

- Sweep, mop, and clean work areas to maintain a safe and orderly environment.
- Dispose of construction waste and debris in designated containers or disposal sites.
- Perform routine maintenance tasks on tools and equipment to ensure proper functioning.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in construction, general labor, or a related field preferred.
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks and lift heavy objects.
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn and follow instructions.
- Basic knowledge of construction tools and equipment.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation may be required.

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 per month
