Responsibilities:

  • Record and maintain organization-wide HR data on the ERP system.
  • Update all transactions related to employee movements, transfers, promotions, nomenclature changes, etc.
  • Monitor and ensure synchronization in HRMS data and downstream applications for seamless operations.
  • Perform system maintenance and testing on each system upgrade to ensure functionality and data integrity.
  • Utilize HDL/HSDL for worker assignment, person, and compensation-related bulk data handling.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement system enhancements or modifications.
  • Generate reports and analyze HR data to support decision-making processes.
  • Provide training and support to HR Business Partners as needed.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Proven experience in HRMS data management and administration.
  • Proficiency in handling bulk data using HDL/HSDL for worker assignment, person, and compensationrelated transactions.
  • Strong understanding of HR processes and data management principles.
  • Experience with ERP systems, preferably Oracle HCM Cloud.
  • Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fastpaced environment.
  • Detailoriented with a focus on accuracy and data integrity.
