Introduction:

As a Business Development Executive, the primary responsibility is to drive the growth of the business through strategic planning, team management, meticulous follow-up, and field visits to colleges and universities.

This multifaceted role encompasses various aspects of business development, including lead generation, client relationship management, and ensuring timely follow-up on all business-related activities, with a specific focus on engaging educational institutions.


Responsibilities:

Lead Generation:

  • Identify potential leads through market research, networking, and leveraging existing
relationships.

  • Develop and implement strategies to attract new clients, including colleges and universities,
and opportunities within the educational sector.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with educational institutions, including colleges and
universities.

  • Understand the unique needs and requirements of educational clients to offer tailored
solutions.

  • Act as the primary point of contact for educational institutions' inquiries, concerns, and
feedback.

Team Leadership:

  • Lead and motivate a team of business development professionals, including assigning
specific tasks related to educational outreach.

  • Provide guidance, coaching, and training to team members to enhance their performance in
engaging educational clients.

  • Set clear goals and objectives for the team and monitor progress regularly, with a focus on
educational sector targets.

Follow-up:

  • Ensure timely followup on all leads, inquiries, and communications with educational
institutions.

  • Coordinate with internal teams to fulfill educational clients' requirements and resolve any
issues that may arise.

  • Maintain accurate records of all interactions and followup activities related to the
educational sector.

Field Visits to Colleges and Universities:

  • Plan and execute field visits to colleges, universities, and educational events to establish and
nurture relationships with key stakeholders.

  • Conduct presentations, workshops, and demonstrations to showcase the company's
products or services tailored to the educational sector.

  • Gather feedback and insights from educational institutions to inform business development
strategies and product/service enhancements.

Strategic Planning:

  • Develop and execute strategic plans to expand the company's presence and partnerships
within the educational sector.

  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments related to
educational institutions to identify growth opportunities.

  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to align business development efforts with
organizational goals, with a focus on educational sector initiatives.

Performance Monitoring:

  • Track key performance indicators (KPIs) specific to engaging educational clients, such as the
number of new partnerships established and revenue generated from the educational

sector.

  • Evaluate team performance and individual contributions related to educational outreach
efforts.

  • Identify areas for improvement and implement corrective measures as needed to optimize
engagement with colleges and universities.

Pay:
₹9, ₹34,078.89 per month

Schedule:
