Lead – Referral Understanding:

Sales through Loyalty & Referral Programs:

  • Develop strategies for growth of transactions/engagement
  • Connect with customers to increase revenue
  • Develop cross-channel partners and digital platforms for engagement

Customer Loyalty Program:

  • Convert customers to members
  • Engage customers and create rewards mechanism
  • Ensure repeat purchases
  • Provide special benefits for members

The Ideal Candidate Experience:

Minimum of 7 years experience in sales, with at least 4 years in sales management.

Educational Background:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field
  • MBA (optional)
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience with CRM systems and sales management tools
  • Knowledge of industry trends and best practices in sales and customer engagement
