Theperson will manage the fellowship programme while being the nodalpoint to all stakeholders at the school fellows partners donors andtheNGO.

Roles& Responsibilities of ProgrammeManager

  • Leadthe development and implementation of the fellowshipstrategy
  • Designand lead the monitoring and evaluation of theprogram
  • Designand lead the implementation of Leadership & Development(L&D) for the fellows and the staffteam
  • Mentorand coach (Assistant) Program Managers towards excellent fellow andstakeholder outcomes across two or morecities
  • Buildpartnerships within and outside the NGO to strengthen thefellowshipmodel

PreferredEducation Qualification /Experience:

  • Experienceof managing people /projects
  • Teachingand/or content creation experience isdesirable
  • AnyGraduate postgraduate orfellowship
  • Experiencein managing/designing a fellowship would be anadvantage

KnowledgeSkills andAbilities:

  • Goodpeople managementskills
  • Goodunderstanding of the pedagogical aspects involved in teachingchildren. Good people engagement networking and listeningskills
  • Clarityon the different curriculum being used inIndia
  • Abilityto drive outcomeoriented plans through the team s collectiveeffort
  • Goodwritten and verbal communication skills in English andTamil.
  • Goodcomputer knowledge and MS Officeskills.
