ServiceNow Developer (ITSM with Scripting and Intergration)

Exp level : 5 to 8 years

Job location :
Coimbatore / Hyderabad

We are looking for an immediate joiner / who can join us within 15 to 20 days.

We are looking for someone who is well-versed with the ServiceNow platform which supports IT Service Management to automate business processes.


As a Developer - ServiceNow, you will be designing, configuring, developing, troubleshooting, and implementing baseline and custom applications to enhance the platform.

You will also manage the platform to ensure stability and implement architectural changes when necessary.

You are all set to :

  • Design, develop, and implement solutions and other supporting modules like ITSM,ITOM, HRSD and GRC to address complex business issues.
Responsibilities :

  • Effectively working with stakeholders both internally and externally to the organization.
  • Understand business requirements and implement technical requirements while working with standard design principles.
  • Engage with the Architect and Team Leads to produce highlevel and /or detailed design of requirements.
  • Estimating development effort for requirements.
  • Demonstrating experience working with workflows in one or more key areas of the ServiceNow platform (e.g., ITSM,ITOM, HRSD and GRC)
  • Drive process optimization, efficiencies and productivity using automation
  • Act as a mentor to support less experienced colleagues
  • Develop and implement new ServiceNow applications and integrations from initiation to completion, tailored to the customer requirements
  • Develop workflows and scripts to personalize existing ServiceNow applications and automate and improve business processes
  • Understand detailed requirements and own your code from design, implementation, test automation, and delivery of highquality solutions to our customers
  • Design quality features and thinks about how the applications and solutions will evolve in the future
  • Solving complex problems in a highly dynamic and agile environment
  • Having a strong focus on code quality and reusability.
Required Technical Skills :

  • Minimum 5 years of ServiceNow Design and Development experience apart from support/admin.
  • Good to have any ServiceNow Implementation Specialist Certification or Application Developer Certification.
  • Strong hand of work experience in ITSM (IT Service management) with Scripting and Integration is MUST.
  • Should have experience in javascript.
  • Handon experience in Integration of thirdparty APIs.
Preferred :

  • Minimum years of experience: 5 years in ServiceNow development (Not administration).
Education :

  • B.E/B.Tech/M.C.A/MSc (preferably in computer science/IT)
