Job Description

The ServiceNow Training and Certification team is characterized by its adaptability, innovation, and continuous evolution. What you'll be doing in this position:

  • You will play a crucial role in a team responsible for designing content and curriculum to ensure the success and excellence of both new and current courseware (Instructor-Led Training & e-Learning).
  • Review content against specified standards and guidelines.
  • Test the functionality of courses, labs, simulators, and other educational assets.
  • Document proof of product performance as part of the review process against product specifications.
  • Prepare edit logs and reports highlighting error types stemming from the curriculum development team.
  • Ensure project milestones are achieved and promptly notify the Project Lead of any risks or delays.
  • Collaborate with teams spanning various portfolios.
  • Share reports via clear communication channels.
  • Meet cycle times and quality review effectiveness goals of assigned content.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures.
  • Assist with Instructional Design or Curriculum Development tasks during idle periods or as needed.
  • Be a valuable team member engaging with course owners, cross-functional teams, key stakeholders, and subject matter experts.
Qualifications

Key requirements for success in this role:

  • 2-3 years of prior experience in Instructional Design or Quality Assurance.
  • Experience with ServiceNow application is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Flexibility to work during US hours as required.
  • Excellent written English language proficiency.
  • Keen interest in kickstarting a career in the technical training and curriculum sector.
  • Proficient in delivering presentations via web-based conferencing or direct messaging.
  • Strong active listening, verbal, and business writing skills.
  • Ability to establish impactful professional relationships with internal colleagues at ServiceNow.
  • Consistency in meeting deliverables and deadlines.
  • Adaptability to a dynamic environment and willingness to work extended hours during peak periods, if necessary.
