The DocuSign Administrator should provide support for day-to-day and new development activities for all electronig related systems and interface points.

This position will require interaction with both internal and external customers, high level management and coordination of activities with our 3rd-party provider.

General Responsibilities

  • Leads the analyses of complex business problems to create solutions with automated systems
  • Leads the process of identifying gaps and providing technical expertise in business requirements for system functional specifications and scales new and current systems, processes and procedures in a cost effective manner
  • Leads the system settings and options; plans and executes unit, integration and acceptance testing to meet business requirements
  • Designs details of automated systems
  • May lead crossfunctional linked teams to address business or systems issues
  • May be clientfocused, working in conjunction with Professional Services and Outsourcing functions
Experience / Qualifications

  • A university degree required (i.e. Bachelors degree) or equivalent relevant work experience.

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Administrative support of existing accounts.
  • Provide Training to new users regarding DocuSign functionality.
  • Serve as the Subject Matter Expert on DocuSign capabilities.
  • Author DocuSign design and requirements specifications for new use case.
  • Act as DocuSign esignature lead on enterprise projects.
  • Provide insight for new template and integration requests.
  • Perform DocuSign API development and unit testing as needed.
  • Partner with DocuSign vendor to come up with strategic planning/Roadmap.
  • Encourage and expand DocuSign utilization.

Preferred Experience:

  • Undergraduate degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Management Information Systems
  • DocuSign Administrator Certification.
  • 24 years of experience with DocuSign.
  • Experience with SpringCLM and workflows preferred.
  • Experience with Salesforce, Oracle and other enterprise integration points with DocuSign.
  • API Development skills: HTML, JavaScript, etc.
  • Experience with Devops practices and framework preferred.
