JobDescription: We areseeking a skilled Pharmacologist with an M.D. in Pharmacology tojoin our team. As a Pharmacologist you will play a crucial role inthe development formulation and quality assurance of ourdermatological products. You will work closely with our researchand development team to create innovative skincare solutions thatmeet the highest standards of safety andefficacy.

Responsibilities: Conduct research to identify and evaluate active ingredients forskincare formulations. Develop and optimizeformulations for topical skincare products including creams lotionsand serums. Perform stability testing andquality control analysis to ensure product safety andefficacy. Collaborate with crossfunctionalteams to translate research findings into marketableproducts. Stay updated on industry trendsregulations and advances in dermatologicalpharmacology. Participate in clinical trialsand studies to assess product effectiveness andsafety. Provide expert consultation onpharmacological matters to internal teams and externalstakeholders.

Requirements: M.D. in Pharmacology or equivalent degree from a recognizedinstitution. Proven experience inpharmaceutical research and development preferably indermatology. Strong knowledge ofpharmacokinetics drug metabolism and formulationscience. Familiarity with regulatoryrequirements and quality standards for skincareproducts. Excellent analytical skills andattention to detail. Effective communicationand teamwork abilities. Ability to workindependently and manage multiple projectssimultaneously. Prior experience in clinicalresearch or product commercialization is aplus.
