Responsibilities :

- Ability to lead a small technical team to plan and execute the software verification activities, reviewing requirements specifications for testability, leveraging use cases in support of test case development, planning and executing improvements to the test environment and infrastructure.

Develop a comprehensive set of automated and manual tests, tracing tests to requirements to ensure complete test coverage.

Identify and diagnose software defects, verifying software correctness, and reporting results.

Manage software verification efforts to meet cost, quality, performance, and schedule requirements.

Develop test plans, procedures, descriptions, and reports for delivery to internal stakeholders, including the project manager and technical lead.

Ensure all Cybersecurity requirements are met within the software test domain.

Assess risk associated with the efforts you lead, and develop and execute risk mitigation plans.

Apply knowledge of multiple engineering disciplines, as well as in-depth knowledge of the assigned product or technology area in guiding the direction of software test efforts.

Regularly prepare, present, and defend project technical results and recommendations to external customers and internal high-level management.

Assist the project manager in creating schedules for software integration and testing.

Experience : 10+ years of experience in Embedded Device Testing.
