More about this role

  • Closely work with other functions (PD, PKG, MKT, CI, etc.) to understand the business and project needs, develop robust consumer learning plan, deliver high quality research to support decision making
  • Lead and conduct consumer & sensory research both qualitative and quantitative including developing protocols, monitoring field work, data analysis and interpretation of results
  • Prepare reporting/presenting research findings, contributing to the decision making process.
  • Manage the projects in time and with high quality
  • Manage research agencies to deliver high quality researches

What you need to know about this position:

  • Initiate and lead sensory and consumer work for different type of projects by collaborating with cross functional teams
  • Provide clear guidance to cross functional team on product/package development directions, deliver required testing in time and with high quality

What extra ingredients you will bring:

  • 5+ work experience in sensory and consumer (both qualitative and quantitative) research
  • Interested in food
  • Good skills in project management, communication, collaboration, influencing, initiative
  • Bachelor degree in food science/engineering or related areas
