Working as part of a cross-functional team, you will be responsible for the RDQ activities needed for new product development, portfolio maintenance, and productivity projects, focusing on achieving the desired consumer experience.

How you will contribute

Working under the guidance of a manager, you will coordinate and carry out projects aligned with RDQ, marketing, and manufacturing requirements, while effectively communicating progress and potential risks. Your responsibilities will include planning and executing pilot plant and factory trials following good manufacturing practices and HACCP requirements, conducting development activities (such as product shelf-life testing, quality design, consumer test preparation, etc.), preparing technical reports based on result analysis and interpretation, drawing conclusions, making recommendations, and establishing accurate consumer-driven specifications.

• Food science, science, or engineering background, preferably within a fast-moving consumer goods industry
• Experience working collaboratively within teams and independently under managerial guidance
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage activities efficiently
• Proactive problem identification and independent solution implementation
• Application of fundamental technical knowledge to analyze and interpret data effectively
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, including technical writing proficiency
• Placing consumer needs at the core of development initiatives
