Professional Services Consultant

The Professional Services Consultant is a member of our consulting group that provides tailored solutions to our end users and partners. This role is the go-to expert for configuring and customizing all products from Tungsten Automation Corporation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver solutions to customers based on requirements documents
  • Offer technical guidance on Tungsten Automation Corporation solutions
  • Collaborate with project managers to ensure projects stay on track and within budget
  • Act as the subject matter expert for Tungsten Automation Corporation
  • Independently develop solutions according to customer needs
  • Document all customer-specific configurations
  • Install configurations in customer environments if not using cloud/SaaS solutions

Required Skills:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to speak multiple languages is a plus
  • Consulting mindset and effective listening skills
  • Strong teamwork and collaboration abilities
  • Understanding and support of customer goals
  • Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in software development and customization
  • Familiarity with Enterprise Application Services
  • Familiarity with SQL Server, SQL, PL/SQL, ASP.NET
  • Knowledge of domains such as AP, AR, Payroll, HR, etc.
  • Ability to share technical knowledge with team members
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Flexible working hours and willingness to travel

Required Experience & Qualifications:

  • Experience with Tungsten Automation Corporation products or similar
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field
  • 3+ years of relevant experience preferred
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to gather and document requirements effectively
