In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional product teams, including UX and UI designers, product managers, engineers, customer success managers, and marketing managers.
This role isbased in Ahmedabad, India , and might require occasional domestic and international travel.
What you will doUnderstand markets, competition, and user needs in-depthTalk with customers to help define the roadmap and ensure we are building the right stuffDrive sprint planning and prioritization for new feature developmentCollaborate on feature concepts and write product briefsWork closely with UX and UI teams to create intuitive experiencesWork with the engineering team to materialize the desired product experiencesLaunch new features, test their performance and iterate quicklyWork with marketing to strategize the feature launch and adoption
What are you like6+ years of experience in a fast-paced software product companyTechnical background and a basic understanding of software engineering conceptsAnalytical thinking and structured problem-solving skillsExcellent communicator, natural bridge-builder, and conflict defuserCan execute autonomously and lead complex initiatives with minimal oversightExperience handling a team product managers and analysts
