What would you do?
The Customer Acquisition team is responsible for assisting Siaraa acquire new customers. This involves acquiring new customers involves persuading consumers to purchase a company's products and/or services."

Roles And Responsibilities
Focus on the Right Leads:
It starts with knowing who you're targeting.
The Sales Representative should also be able to determine what are the pain points for the Customer & align the optimization techniques to overcome the same.
- Cold calling: Making multiple outbound calls to assigned clients. Develop sales opportunities by researching & market analysis, influencing and relationshipbuilding skills, by providing technical information & explanations.
- Sales Discipline: Understanding of sales cycles including prospecting, communicating, negotiating and the ability to sell based on value, not price. Displaying the importance of following set processes and inputs designed to achieve sales related targets.
- Pipeline Management: Generating & maintaining a healthy client relationship aimed at long term benefits for the Customer.
- Objection handling: Ability to understand the key objections from clients, clarify their concerns & use product knowledge & vendor led training to alleviate these concerns & move the sales cycle forward.
- Analyse campaign effectiveness: Monitor & analyse the effectiveness of the ad campaign. Understand whether the campaign is performing as expected & if not, what changes can be suggested to generate higher profit for the advertiser & the client.
- Exposure to Marketing Tools & Strategies: Strong understanding of digital marketing platforms (Google Search, LinkedIn) with hands on experience.
- Value Based selling: Ability to clearly and effectively articulate thoughts & drivers, emphasizing on the value add.
- Flexibility to work 24/7 shift including work hours at night (US Shift)
- IT Solutions and Services Sales experience must. (Security Solutions Preferred)
