Position: Senior Program Manager - HR(Workday)

Location: Gurugram / Noida/ Hyderabad/ Bangalore

Job Description:

Operating within a captive setup, the Senior Program Manager - HR(Workday) will serve as an internal consultant to HR stakeholders and collaborate with a team of Workday specialists. The primary responsibilities for this role include:

  • Serving as a Workday Prism expert to translate business requirements into technical specifications for Workday Prism Analytics.
  • Developing Prism solutions, reports, dashboards, and analytics that align with customer needs.
  • Building and maintaining Prism data pipelines to integrate data from various sources including Workday, external databases, files, and APIs.
  • Designing and implementing data models, transformations, and calculations to meet business requirements and reporting needs.
  • Collaborating with business users and stakeholders to comprehend reporting requirements.
  • Having proficiency in Workday Advance reporting, matrix, and composite reporting.
  • Experience in Workday Integration technologies such as EIB, Cloud connectors, Core connectors, DT, Web Services (REST/SOAP/WSDL), XML & XSLT is a plus.
  • Effective communication skills through verbal, written, and non-verbal methods across all organizational levels.

Requirements:

  • Experience in HR processes and fundamentals, including exposure to various Workday modules like Core HCM, Recruiting, Talent, Compensation, Time, and Absence.
  • A minimum of 6 years of overall experience and at least 3-5 years of Workday PRISM experience.
  • Preferably 2+ years of implementation & support experience in Workday.
  • Possibility of requiring extended US support.
  • Outstanding communication abilities.
