Job Scope
- Develop new & existing inter-modal service products for key account customer; coordinating and executing service excellence.
- Establish and grow sales funnel, with high customer conversion
- Understand customers' requirements and provide appropriate solutions
- Model end-to-end cost and profit margins to optimize earnings
- Provide differentiated level of service and solutions and increase customer stickiness
- Tender and win long term contracts
