We are seeking a driven and experienced Senior Manager, Business & Commercial, to join our dynamic team in Kolkata.

You will play a pivotal role in driving the commercial success of our AIML products by leading a team of inside sales representatives and securing high-value deals.


Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of inside sales representatives, setting clear goals, providing ongoing coaching, and fostering a highperformance environment.
  • Develop and implement effective commercial strategies for AIML products, focusing on valuebased selling and customer needs identification.
  • Prospect and qualify leads, conducting needs assessments and identifying potential customers within large conglomerates.
  • Negotiate and close complex commercial deals, ensuring winwin outcomes for both Adani AI Labs and the customer.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decisionmakers within large conglomerates.
  • Oversee the sales pipeline and create accurate business forecasts.
  • Analyze sales data and reports to identify trends and implement performance improvement initiatives.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor offerings, and AIML advancements.

Qualifications:
years of experience in B2B technology sales, with a proven track record of exceeding sales targets.

  • Strong understanding of the sales cycle for complex technology solutions.
  • Excellent negotiation skills and the ability to close highvalue deals.
  • Basic understanding of business processes and decisionmaking structures within large conglomerates.
  • Experience in leading and motivating highperforming sales teams.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and sales tools.
  • A passion for technology and a strong understanding of the potential of AIML solutions.
