As a Call Support Executive, you will act as a liaison, provide product information and resolve any emerging problems that our customer accounts might face with accuracy and efficiency.

For one in the Seat:

Requirements:

  • Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits and follow up to ensure the resolution of reported issues.
  • Provide accurate, valid, and complete information to the users on a priority
  • Work closely with Internal Execution Team and Support Team to ensure smooth and timely resolution of issues reported by the users
  • Assist with high severity requests or issue escalations as needed
  • Guide client users on product features and how to use them
  • Update client about new feature developments and enhancements according to client business requirements 7. Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
  • Consistently gain product knowledge and work towards improvements on internal processes by identifying the existing bottlenecks

Who we're looking for:

  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a Support role.
  • Self-Disciplined, responsible, and has attention to detail.
  • Proficient in Communication Skills, Listening Skills, and Phone Skills.
  • Excellent Problem-Solving skills and Solution Oriented attitude.
  • Any graduate in any specialization.

Know Your Leader:

Paramdeep Singh Anand is the CEO of FieldAssist. At 21 years old, he found success as the founder of a manufacturing business, Param Health Foods in 2014.
