Job Summary: As the Pre Sales Manager at Duratuf, you will be responsible for leading a team of pre-sales specialists and collaborating closely with the sales, product, and marketing teams to drive revenue growth and achieve organizational objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Team Leadership and Development: - Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of pre-sales specialists to achieve individual and team targets. - Provide guidance, training, and support to enhance the team's technical and soft skills. - Foster a collaborative and inclusive work environment that encourages creativity, innovation, and continuous improvement.
2. Pre-Sales Strategy and Planning: - Develop and execute comprehensive pre-sales strategies aligned with the company's sales objectives and market trends. - Ensure catering fastest response time to any customer enquiry and leads calls. - Collaborate with sales leadership to define target markets, customer segments, and key accounts for focused outreach. - Analyze market dynamics, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify new opportunities and refine the pre-sales approach.
Requirements Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field; MBA or equivalent qualification is a plus. - Proven experience( 3-5 years) in pre-sales, solution consulting, or technical sales roles.
- Strong understanding of (industry/domain) trends, technologies, and competitive landscape. - Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. - Demonstrated leadership abilities with a track record of building and managing high-performing teams.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Results-driven mindset with a focus on exceeding targets and driving business growth
