We are looking for Sales Management Trainee/ Sales Executive.

Experience - 0-2 years

Location - Noida

Sales Prospecting:
Identify and research potential customers, conduct outreach, and build a strong sales pipeline.

Customer Relationship Management:
Develop and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.

Product Knowledge:
Be well-versed in our product offerings and communicate their value to potential customers.

Sales Presentations:
Deliver compelling and persuasive sales presentations to potential clients.

Negotiation:
Negotiate pricing, terms, and agreements with clients to close deals effectively.

Achieve Sales Targets:
Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.

Market Analysis:
Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to identify opportunities.

Feedback:
Gather customer feedback to improve our products and services.

Collaboration:
Collaborate with the marketing team to create and implement effective sales strategies.

Sales Reporting:
Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and provide regular reports to management.

Qualifications:
Proven experience in sales, preferably in e-commerce or a related field.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Results-driven with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Excellent negotiation and closing skills.

Self-motivated and able to work independently.

Knowledge of e-commerce and online sales platforms is a plus.

Pay:
From ₹10,000.00 per month
