We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Process Analyst to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying, analyzing, and improving business processes to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and increase customer satisfaction.

ABOUT COMPANY

Founded in 2020 by Tarang Sanghi, Project X is an innovation lab, based in Jaipur, RJ (India) at its stealth-startup phase.

Our lab's designed to create and launch new companies, products and services. It's invaluable in jump-starting novel ideas that can either disrupt or complement existing companies. We draw from our cross-functional expertise and collaborate to create these new offerings.

AREA OF RESPONSIBILITIES

Your responsibilities as a Process Analyst will include:

  • Engineer efficient process and SOPs for the company
  • Analyze existing business processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Facilitate process improvement workshops and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure successful implementation of process improvements.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and data to facilitate process analysis.
  • Design, Document existing process and implement improved business processes.
  • Monitor and measure process performance and identify areas for further improvement.
  • Develop and maintain process documentation, guidelines, and standards.
  • Develop and manage process mapping and process analysis tools.
  • Train process stakeholders and update training materials as needed.
  • Identify and address risks, issues, and dependencies related to process activities.

Requirements QUALIFICATIONS
  • Educational & Work Experience - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Process Management, or a related field.
  • Software & Applications -
  • Proficient in process mapping and analysis tools, such as Miro or Vision
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Experience with Lean or Six Sigma methodologies preferred.
  • Qualities & Capabilities -
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and independently.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.

Requirements
YEARS OF RELEVANT EXPERIENCE- 0-1 year of experience EDUCATION AND WORK EXPERIENCE** Project Management certifications like CAMP/ PMP/ PMI / PRINCE2. We prioritize skills over degrees but Bachelors/ Masters degree/ diploma/ certification in Business, Digital Marketing, Computer Science or other relevant fields is a plus. SOFTWARE s- Tech-savvy with good knowledge of MS Office, and strong experience with project management software like Jira, MS Projects, Click Up, Asana, Wrike, Basecamp etc. QUALITIES AND CAPABILITIES- Excellent communication (verbal & written), interpersonal and consulting skills Ability to manage multiple teams and projects simultaneously Excellent organization and time management skills Ability to meet targets and deadlines. Quick thinking, problem solving skills Detail-oriented Budget management Confident, pleasant personality, ambitious, self-motivated Responsible for coordination production releases and roll-outs, delegating tasks to the necessary employees and presenting on projects , process and results .
