As a business management professional, you will draw on your strengths analyzing data sets and trends to manage and maintain workforce strategy, vendor management strategy, business resiliency, organization effectiveness metrics etc.

Working alongside the Human Resources, Finance and Business Management teams, you will confidently use analytical approaches, data visualization tools to gather, analyze and present data from key stakeholders and recommend solutions to support the group's operational needs and strategic objectives.


Key responsibilities will include:

  • Experience within MIS, Analytics, Finance, and/or Management Consulting roles. Unique mix of technical and business management skills
  • Working with stakeholders on requirements for key business metrics, visualization, delivery and enabling actionable insights
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of data and information with attention to detail and accuracy
  • Provide a high level of responsiveness to execute adhoc requests related to project management, and business analysis
  • Supports the business operations teams with data collection and analytics/support for business reviews
  • Building partnerships with technology management, Human Resources, Finance and Business Management teams
  • Collect and maintain internal resources and documentation on collaboration sites, like MS Teams & SharePoint
  • Participate in collaborative initiatives with team members and global managers, looking for ways to continually simplify, improve, and add value to existing business processes
  • Exhibits a deeppassion for continuous learning
  • Proven experience in delivering timely, high quality reporting for various projects and stakeholders.

Qualifications required:

  • 3+ years of handson experience developing analytical solutions in a fastpaced environment (preferably financial services) and/or experience in management consulting with a heavy emphasis on quantitative analysis
  • BS/BA degree or equivalent experience
  • Strong data visualization capabilities
  • Advanced working experience with MS Office Suite (especially Excel, SharePoint & PowerPoint)
  • Ability to set goals, prioritize and manage across complex workstreams, and drive progress proactively and independently
  • Strong creative problemsolving skills
  • Peopleoriented, strong team player with excellent written and verbal skills
