Job Title:
Sales Specialist (Digital Services - USA)

Role Overview:
The Sales Specialist will play a pivotal role in accelerating our sales initiatives within the U.S. market.

This position demands a seasoned professional with a strategic mindset and a hands-on approach to lead generation and customer acquisition and directly calling.

The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in sales within the digital industry – substantial experience in direct calling in the U.S.

– and proficiency in leveraging CRM tools to optimize sales processes and customer relationship management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Etiquette: Must possess strong sales etiquette, direct calling experience, and demonstrate a high sense of ownership and responsibility
  • Strategic Sales Planning:
Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy focused on expanding our customer base in the U.S. through targeted calling and outreach efforts.- Lead Generation & Conversion: Utilize Gohighlevel (CRM) or Brevoto streamline lead generation processes, ensuring a consistent pipeline of high-quality leads

  • Market Analysis & Adaptation:
Conduct in-depth market research to understand the U.S. Digital landscape, customer needs, and competitive positioning. Adapt sales strategies to market dynamics and customer feedback.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in any field.
  • Between 3 and 5 years of experience in sales calling – specifically with Digital Services.
  • Have a good understanding of digital marketing, such as content marketing, search engine optimization, website design, etc.
  • Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and expanding customer bases within the U.S.
  • Expertise sales processes and customer relationships effectively – desired.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent communication skills and proficiency in the English language.
  • Quick learner and proactive initiator.
