We enable your best to power our future.ABOUT THIS JOBNielsen's Corporate Platforms organization is looking for a Global SAP S4 BRIM senior consultant to work on SAP S4 BRIM environments and peripheral systems that are involved to create the current and future platform.
In this role you will be a key contributor to translating requirements provided by stakeholders and providing tasks and guidance to the developers and support teams.
Lead the support of SAP S4 BRIM with specific responsibilities of (Convergent Mediation) CM as a techno functional consultantExperience in working on various databases for collection of data, automated rating and charging, campaign management and system integrations with other BRIM modules.
Provide training and support to end-users, ensuring they can effectively use the SAP BRIM system. Develop user manuals and training materials.
Manage projects related to SAP BRIM rollouts, upgrades, or enhancements. Experience in planning, execution, and monitoring of project timelines and deliverables.
Customize SAP BRIM
solutions to meet specific business requirements. Develop and maintain custom reports and dashboards.
Work with multiple teams across the globe and handle resources from multiple vendors while ensuring smooth and on time delivery of the project deliverables.
Exposure to Data Migrationand to automated testing tools is a must.
Exposure to ServiceNow and Jira is desirable.
Provide technical support, troubleshoot issues, and propose solutions to problems encountered by users in SAP BRIM CM.Work closely with various stakeholders, including the billing team, finance, and IT departments, to ensure SAP BRIM CM aligns with overall business objectives.
Continuously evaluate and recommend improvements to the SAP BRIM CM system to enhance performance and user experience.A LITTLE BIT ABOUT YOU

This role spans supporting SAP BRIM CM module for around 50 countries and refining unlimited complex needs for our customers, who span multiple countries, languages and custom requirements.
QUALIFICATIONS
6 to 8 years of experience on SAP(Convergent Mediation) CM as a techno functional consultantExperience with upstream systems / modules and downstream reporting or analytics systems is desirable.
Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
Analytical, problem solving and organizational skills applied in a constantly changing fast paced environment.
Experience working with both offshore teams as well as third party vendors preferred.
