Recrud, a leading recruitment firm specialized in technology placements, is currently seeking a highly experienced Cloud Solution Architect on behalf of our esteemed client in the Fintech industry.

This pivotal role is tailored for a visionary architect who is adept at designing and implementing robust cloud-based solutions that drive innovation and operational excellence in financial services.


Role Overview :

The Cloud Solution Architect will play a crucial role in shaping the future of our client's technology landscape by leveraging cloud technologies to solve complex business challenges.

This individual will be responsible for developing and executing a cloud strategy that aligns with the company's business objectives, ensuring scalability, security, and compliance within the financial sector's regulatory framework.


Key Responsibilities :

  • Design and implement cloudbased solutions that enhance operational efficiency, customer experience, and competitive edge in the market.
  • Lead the migration of existing applications and infrastructure to cloud platforms, ensuring minimal disruption and optimal performance.
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams, including software development, security, and operations, to ensure seamless integration and alignment with business goals.
  • Conduct technical evaluations and assessments to identify suitable cloud technologies and services.
  • Develop and enforce cloud architecture standards, best practices, and guidelines to ensure a secure, reliable, and costeffective cloud environment.
Provide technical leadership and mentorship to engineering teams, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.

  • Stay abreast of emerging cloud technologies and industry trends, assessing their applicability and potential value to the organization.

Qualifications :

  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in IT, with a strong focus on cloud computing and architecture within the Fintech sector or related industries.
  • Proven track record of designing and implementing scalable, highavailability cloud solutions.
  • Deep expertise in one or more cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and their services related to computing, storage, network, and security.
  • Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and data protection standards relevant to the financial services industry.
  • Experience with cloud migration strategies, including application and data migration techniques.
  • Excellent problemsolving skills, with the ability to address technical challenges and make strategic decisions under pressure.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills, with the capability to guide and influence crossfunctional teams towards achieving common goals.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
