Job Description

Market research for identification of the requirements for office leasing, office space and leasing commercial space to the clients. Managing relationship with channels partners, IPC & Banks to monitor their performance. To send regular updates to channels partners, IPC of availability and detail of future developments. To act as an interface with all Realtors/Corporate occupiers/investors with reference to their requirements, submission of offers, RFP's, presentations, etc. Develop strategies and plans which identify marketing opportunities for direct marketing. To-develop and coordinate with company selling cycle and methodology for commercial project. Responsible for leasing function which may include negotiating lease transactions and agreements. Completing necessary documentation like LOI, agreement to lease, lease deed and renewals. Responsible for generating enquiries, filling RFP, Site inspections. Responsible for the productivity and budgetary performance of the leasing operations. Closure of Renewals of expired lease deeds in consultation with reporting management. Other related works assigned by your reporting manager.
