Position Summary: We are looking for a Product Manager to join our team within our Clinicals division. In this role you will be responsible for responsible for one product area within the overarching product's portfolio; understanding the market and customer, contributing to a product vision, developing business cases, ensuring a product or set of product features meets business requirements and driving the creation and delivery of the product. In this role, you will serve as the Product Owner working daily with scrum teams defining and writing user stories, prioritizing product backlogs and making trade off decisions between scope and schedule. Your work will be divided between product improvements that strengthen our current solution and new features/functionality that improve the experiences for our users.

About you: You have a passion for improving healthcare. Your drive allows you to achieve meaningful results, with empathy for the user of our products and services. You appreciate the software development process and the varying personalities in the cross-functional groups that we work with. You possess the ability to prioritize and multi-task in a face paced environment, manage several projects simultaneously, meet deadlines, and demonstrate sound judgement when determining whether to act independently or escalate.

The Team: Our Mobile team is a passionate group of Product Management, Engineering, UX Design, Product Analytics and Patient Safety professionals working together to improve the overall efficiency and satisfaction of the health care providers.

Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:

70% ~ Product Owner : You will work directly with a dedicated scrum teams in the Product Owner role to prioritize the team's work and ensure the products that are built are the products you envision. In addition, you will own the care and maintenance of our existing core products, including triaging/prioritizing any production defects or other external demands for incorporation into the roadmap as necessary.

30% ~ Product Vision : You will bring our existing product priorities to market by owning all product functions related to new products or features including: early phase user research and concept validation (working with our UX team); design and functional requirements; testing and monitoring strategy (working with our Analytics team); and delivery.

Product Ownership Responsibilities:

Driving the analysis of Product Area(s) of Ownership including AI based products. Drive ongoing backlog allocations and prioritization of customer jobs to solve within the area of responsibility. Ensure effective definition of epics and user stories, clearly articulating business requirements for the problems we're trying to solve - including UX & Support requirements. Understand the market opportunity via user needs, market forces and applicable business models; with regards to what would best serve our clients today as well as in the future Identify metrics and success criteria that team members should be tracking, to ensure transparency and visibility to program success and opportunities for improvement Partner with Product Management leaders to be the voice of product decisions within the organization. Represent the customer for assigned product area(s), demonstrating responsibility for end-to-end customer journey and touchpoints Assist Product Management Director with Product Launch decisions, including the management of all alpha/beta feedback Assist Product Management Director in identifying business opportunities that will drive product success (including pricing and/or build/buy decisions) Manage the priorities and expectations of multiple stakeholders (eg. customer, sales, legal/compliance, partners) to gain inputs to portfolio

Typical Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree required; Degree in Computer Science, Business, or Product preferred Understanding of healthcare / health IT environment preferred 5+ years relevant product management experience Experience working with stakeholders in a business environment, working across cross-functional groups Experience working in an Agile environment strongly preferred Technical understanding (mobile, SaaS, data) – ability to gut check technical feasibility and timelines and remove technical development barriers Understanding of AI tools & technology and knowledge of responsible AI principles preferred. Experience bringing products to market Demonstrated success at driving innovative results in a fast-paced environment and managing simultaneously competing priorities using analytic and quantitative capabilities to drive product decisions Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Additional Information

Some travel to the US will be required for things like client site visits, sales and marketing events, internal cross-functional meetings, etc. (5% travel).
