Job Purpose

Oversee the implementation of operational policies and procedures at the Zonal Level.

Key Result Areas/Accountabilities

-Monitor and drive Operations SLA at Zonal Level

Conduct audits and inspections to ensure correct usage of testing and measurement equipment by field staff

Develop strategies for expanding operational support services

Provide support to community projects and corporate customers in the zone

Manage technical customer care and complaint resolutions

Analyze training needs of operations staff and coordinate with the Functional Training Team

Ensure timely completion of special projects and upgrades

Establish performance metrics and monitor staff performance
