  • Making sure invoice approvals from vendor owners are done in timely manner
  • Resolving open/ disputed items with vendors/ vendor owners
  • Marking bills as paid and creating vendor credits
  • Month end Schedules preparation
  • Prepaid, accrual, depreciation, intercompany
  • P&L and Balance sheet account reconciliation
  • Posting bank entries on accounting software
  • Preparation of checks as and when required
  • Working on AP aging report
  • Help in the audit process Basic Qualifications
  • Bachelor's / Master's degree in business administration, accounting, finance, or related field preferred
  • Experience range – 3 5 years
  • Experience working with generally accepted accounting principles and accounting software
  • Experience in NetSuite & Coupa.
  • Must have ERP AP system experience
●Strong personal computer and business solutions software skills
