Working mode - remote
Primary skills- relationship manager, wealth rm, burgundy rm, Preferred rm (team leading up to 4-5members minimum)
Qualification - Graduation with sales /marketing
Roles and Responsibilities
Sales and Business Development:
  • Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to penetrate target markets.
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and expand market presence.
  • Collaborate with Inside Sales Team to identify potential clients and prospects.
  • S/he will educate the prospects on the uniqueness of for ex & treasury service in India, provided by our organization. S/he will pitch the benefits of using our for ex & treasury application and offline services for their members.
  • Monitor sales performance, analyze trends, and provide actionable insights to drive continuous improvement.
  • Follow up on cross-sales opportunities for specific treasury management customers and products.
  • S/he will be responsible for ensuring the client makes the payments on time
  • S/he will also up-selling from the existing customers.
  • Client Relationship Management:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Act as a point of escalation for complex client issues, ensuring timely resolution and high client satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with RMs to develop customized sales strategies.
  • Ensure client satisfaction through regular engagement.
  • S/he will also be responsible for customer retention.
  • Product Knowledge and Training:
  • Stay updated on market trends, industry regulations, and product developments related to treasury sales and global markets.
  • Provide training and support to RMs to enhance their product knowledge and selling skills.
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders such as Product Management, Risk Management, and Operations to streamline processes and improve service delivery.
  • Coordinate with Inside Sales and Digital Marketing teams to develop marketing materials and campaigns to support sales efforts.
  • Team Leadership:
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of Relationship Managers to achieve individual and team sales targets.
  • Provide ongoing coaching and development to enhance team performance and productivity.
  • Foster a positive team culture that promotes collaboration, innovation, and accountability.
Qualifications and Skills required:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field. Master's degree preferred.
  • Proven experience in sales leadership within the financial services industry, with a focus on
  • treasury sales and global markets.
  • Team Handling experience required
  • Strong track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and lead by example.
  • Travel is required to meet with clients or attend industry events.
