We're seeking a future team member for the role of Major Incident Team to join our Production Services' Service Management team. This role is located in Chennai, India - HYBRID.

In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways:


• Acting as primary point of contact for all incident escalations, across TSG and key business operations areas.


• Monitoring P1/P2/P3 incidents for engagement, impact assessment, progress and escalation.


• Monitoring scheduled changes to ensure unexpected developments are properly addressed, high risk change status is updated in a timely fashion and change/incident correlation is performed.


• Leading operations status calls at beginning and end of day.


• Providing decisions with subject matter expert input across all disciplines


• Communications and status updates for major incidents


• Commanding and participation in Datacentre disaster recovery tests


• Partnering with Cyber teams to manage incidents.

To be successful in this role, we're seeking the following:


• 8+ years experience handling Enterprise Incidents


• Experience or Certification on the ITIL 4 framework.


• Ability to work closely and effectively with a Global Team from Senior Management to engineers.


• Excellent Communication Skills


• Experience with handling of Major Incidents utilizing ITIL methodology.


• Degree or equivalent experience, preferable in an Information Technology type field.


• ServiceNow and xMatters experience is a plus.


• Technical expertise in one or more of the following infrastructure disciplines is a plus: Windows, UNIX, Network, Middleware, etc.


• Ability to discern and react to incidents with a sense of urgency and ability to manage time sensitive situations.


• Advanced decision making and conflict resolution skills.
