Manager / Senior Manager - Product Marketing

What we expect from you:
- You will own and drive top of funnel growth and GTM for our strategic payments product called FlowWise
- You will own your feature/product launch, go-to-market strategy, messaging, positioning, and value proposition; to build these, you will be expected to interact with existing and prospective customers and will own the voice of the customer;
- You will have the responsibility to craft the vision and strategy for the products you manage, and will be expected to size the market and identify the right segments along with Cashfree's Product team;
- You will be expected to understand the relevant customer segments and target audiences to design and implement effective sales strategies to enable Cashfree's sales team to achieve their targets;
- You will own the content and strategy to communicate your product's value proposition across all channels - email, social media, dashboard notifications, WhatsApp messages, pitch decks, landing pages, etc; and
What you bring to the table:
- 4-8 years of Product Marketing, Category Management, Product Led Growth or New Initiatives experience in B2B / SaaS technology companies, preferably from B2B fintech or payments industry
- Strong ability to engage and deal with complexity, especially around technology products, including the capacity to understand how best to sell technically sophisticated solutions to different B2B personas;
- MBA with a specialization in marketing or in a related field, or demonstrable work experience in driving and taking technology products to market; strong business acumen with an ability to build product and industry depth;
- Excellent communication skills that enable you to be brief, impactful, and compelling in expressing ideas or demonstrating value;
- The ability to wear multiple hats and work cross-functionally with multiple high-performing teams, particularly in technology-driven companies making complex software solutions for the Indian market; and
- Be outcome and result-oriented, enabling you and your team to prioritize possible solutions and work optimally to achieve your and the organization's goals and targets.
