Job Description:

As the UX Lead, you will be responsible for taking complex use cases and solving them purely through design.

You will work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to understand user needs and create user-centric designs that drive business outcomes.

This role requires a deep understanding of user experience design principles, exceptional problem-solving skills, and the ability to lead and mentor a team of designers.


Key Responsibilities:

Use Case Analysis:
Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to gather and understand use cases and business requirements.
Conduct user research and gather insights to inform design decisions.

Design Solutions:
Create intuitive and effective design solutions to solve complex use cases.
Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that clearly communicate design ideas.
Ensure designs are user-centric, aligning with business objectives and technical feasibility.

User Experience Strategy:
Define and implement UX strategies and processes to enhance the overall user experience.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, integrating them into the design process.

Collaboration and Communication:
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product management, development, and marketing, to ensure a cohesive design vision.
Present design concepts and rationale to stakeholders, incorporating feedback into final designs.

Team Leadership and Mentorship:
Lead and mentor a team of UX designers, providing guidance, feedback, and support.
Foster a collaborative and innovative design culture within the team.

Testing and Iteration:
Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to iterate on designs and improve user experience.
Analyze user feedback and usage data to inform design improvements and optimizations.


Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in UX design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
Proven experience in solving complex use cases purely through design.
Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.
Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Experience leading and mentoring a team of designers.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Preferred

Qualifications:
Master's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
Experience working in a consulting or agency environment.
Knowledge of front-end development technologies (HTML, CSS, Java Script).
Experience with agile methodologies and tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence).
