KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :
  • Actively engages as a part of the Business Technology team and business functional teams to strategize and execute large, cross-functional initiatives
  • Collaborates with multifunctional teams to simplify and optimize processes related to GTM Sales, PreSales, and Partner Operations
  • Collaborates with business analysts and development teams to create solutions that can support scalability for both business and IT
  • Develops business requirement documents, process flow diagrams, user stories, functional specifications, and system design specifications
  • Builds a consistent record of agile and cost-efficient delivery of measurable business results, focusing on business expansion while minimizing technical liabilities
  • Takes charge of system configuration and user setup when necessary
  • Configures fields, workflows, roles/permissions, page layouts, custom objects, custom record types, reports, saved searches, and dashboards

REQUIRED SKILLS :
  • Over 5 years of IT experience, with over 3 years of hands-on experience implementing Sales Cloud and Partner communities
  • Demonstrated expertise in deploying various projects/programs for Sales, Pre Sales, and Partners/Channels
  • Background in utilizing SaaS subscription-based GTM tools and LMS processes, preferably in a high-tech setting
  • Capability to lead and facilitate suggestions for solutions or enhancements, assessing new technology or alternative applications of existing technology
  • Proficiency in influencing and operating effectively within a complex and global environment
  • Proven history of successful collaboration with global and geographically dispersed teams to effectively deliver information and technology solutions
  • Familiarity with Cornerstone on demand and Credly is advantageous
  • Familiarity with the ** environment is essential
  • Salesforce Certification Certifications are preferred (Certified Administrator, Sales Cloud Consultant)
