We are seeking an experienced Senior Sales Executive to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales, building strong client relationships, and delivering exceptional results. You will play a critical role in expanding our market presence and ensuring the success of our clients through our advanced cultural assessment solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through proactive outreach and relationship-building efforts.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them to understand their needs and objectives.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of our solutions and effectively communicate their value to potential clients.
  • Conduct compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients.
  • Lead contract negotiations and close deals that align with company goals and client needs.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Work closely with the marketing, product, and customer success teams to ensure alignment and support overall company objectives.
  • Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts, providing insights and recommendations to senior management.


Requirements
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably within the HR, SaaS, or tech industry.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. A master's degree is a plus.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and persuasively.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships at all levels of an organization.
  • Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Highly motivated and results-oriented, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
