Sr. Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through proactive outreach and relationship-building efforts.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them to understand their needs and objectives.
- Maintain a deep understanding of our solutions and effectively communicate their value to potential clients.
- Conduct compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients.
- Lead contract negotiations and close deals that align with company goals and client needs.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify opportunities for growth.
- Work closely with the marketing, product, and customer success teams to ensure alignment and support overall company objectives.
- Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts, providing insights and recommendations to senior management.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably within the HR, SaaS, or tech industry.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. A master's degree is a plus.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and persuasively.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships at all levels of an organization.
- Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Highly motivated and results-oriented, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
