About the Role

An exciting opportunity is available for a seasoned Project Manager to spearhead offshore technical delivery of regional initiatives. In this capacity, you will require a profound understanding of retail clientele, thrive in independent positions, and excel in high-paced environments. Your track record should demonstrate adept stakeholder management, adeptness in setting expectations, and adeptness in operating within a transparent setting.

Qualifications

Degree in Information Technology or related field

PMP/Agile or Prince2 certification desirable

Background / Experience

  • Minimum 12+ years' experience in project management and/or Service Delivery with proven expertise in overseeing projects, finances, personnel, and deliverables across diverse technologies and industries
  • Customer relations/management/account management experience
  • Proficiency in collaborating with remote teams
  • Experience in Software-related projects
  • Strong negotiation and commercial skills
  • Excellent communication (written, presentation, verbal) skills
  • Sound financial management abilities
  • Self-motivated individual capable of adapting behavior as per the situation and managing time effectively
  • Strategic thinking and change-driving capabilities
  • Ability to envision solution deployments and address arising issues
  • Exhibits high energy and leadership potential
  • Knowledge and demonstrated application of Project Management Methodologies and Project Lifecycle
  • Proven ability to perform in high-pressure environments
