We are hiring for product company based out in Hyderabad in Lending & Fintech domain.
Experience Range: 7-11 yrs (Team managing experience is must)
Notice Period: 15 days or Less than
Education: BTech, BE, MCA relevant education
Skills: Java, Selenium, Api Testing
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 7-10 years of experience in software testing
  • At least 3 years of proven experience ln leading and mentoring team members.
  • 6 years of experience in UI and API automation with Selenium, Rest Assured, TestNG
  • 4 years of experience working with CI/CD build pipeline with a focus on test automation
  • Exposure and experience to Design patterns like Singleton, page object, factory
  • Experience with development and maintenance of test automation framework
  • Strong knowledge of programming languages such as Java.
  • Experience in mobile application testing with Appium
  • Exposure to performance tool JMeter and monitoring SLA and Contract of API's
  • Ability to drive testing initiatives and foster collaboration within the team. Key Responsibilities
  • Lead testing efforts for projects, including test planning, execution, and reporting.
  • Develop and maintain automation frameworks to support efficient and effective testing processes.
  • Maintain integration testing, API testing, and performance testing suites for assigned project/module
  • Lead and mentor a team of test engineers, driving continuous improvement initiatives and providing insights on testing best practices and methodologies to enhance testing processes.
  • Assist team in estimating task effort and dependencies, responsible for team commitments within the Sprint.
  • Monitor test execution progress and provide metrics and periodically publish reports to stakeholders
  • Analyse test results and identify areas for improvement in product quality and testing efficiency.
  • Lead root cause analysis (RCA) efforts and communicate findings effectively to stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define testing requirements and priorities.
