Sales Officer

**Position:
- Officer:
- 5 to 8 Yrs. 7 LPA to 8.4 LPA****Location:
- Bangalore**∙Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives and sales targets for Sterti Koni products in India.
∙Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, understanding their needs, and providing effective solutions.
∙Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional campaigns, product launches, and sales collateral to support sales efforts.
∙Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
∙Prepare and present sales forecasts, reports, and budgets to senior management, outlining key performance indicators and sales strategies.
∙Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with customers to ensure mutually beneficial agreements.
∙Represent Stertil Koni at industry events, trade shows, and conferences to promote brand awareness and generate leads.
∙Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and internal stakeholders.
∙Stay updated on industry developments, product innovations, and customer requirements to anticipate market changes and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
∙Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and ethical standards in all sales activities.
∙Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
∙Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies.
∙Sound understanding of sales processes, customer relationship management (CRM) systems, and sales analytics.

∙Willingness to travel and occasionally outside the region for customer meetings, conferences, and training sessions.

Pay:
Up to ₹800,000.00 per year
