Inputs all confirmed reservations into our booking system (hotel bookings, tours & excursions etc.) and communicate the same to hotels and respective suppliers

  • Ensures accuracy in the prices offered in the quotations; makes sure correct rates are given according to corresponding rates as approved by the Key Account Managers
  • Prepare invoices for all confirmed bookings according to the systems pricing
  • Follow up on hotel confirmations, tours and excursions etc. rechecking the details once again before sending to Accounts Department for invoicing
  • Amends, cancels bookings whenever requested and charges agents/clients according to hotel contract & cancellation policy

Skills Required:

  • Experience in a clientfocused, travel services environment
  • Strong organizational and communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Able to work independently, manage multiple tasks and changing priorities.
  • Courteous, professional telephone manner.
