ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY

We are seeking a dynamic individual to lead the international EV charger sales division at Servotech Power Systems Ltd. This role offers a chance to establish and nurture an export vertical, influencing the future of sustainable transportation on a global scale.

Who We're Looking For:

  • - An experienced sales professional (8+ years) with a successful track record in solar, power electronics, EV chargers, or related fields.
  • - Deep knowledge of international EV charger markets, trends, and regulations.
  • - Skilled in fostering relationships with overseas distributors and partners.
  • - Strategic thinker adept at creating and executing effective sales and marketing strategies.
  • - Proficient in managing the entire export process, including sales, marketing, supply chain, product certification, and exhibitions.
  • - A team-oriented leader capable of motivating and guiding a high-performing export team.
  • - Thrives in a results-driven environment with excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
  • - Strong proficiency in English and essential computer skills (CRM, ERP).

Key Responsibilities:

  • - Develop and execute a comprehensive international EV charger sales strategy.
  • - Establish partnerships with reputable distributors in key global markets.
  • - Oversee the complete export process, from product certification to logistics and post-sales support.
  • - Coordinate international marketing initiatives, such as trade shows and promotional campaigns.
  • - Lead and develop a top-performing export team, providing guidance and mentorship.
  • - Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities to ensure Servotech's competitiveness in the global EV charging industry.
