About Client:
''Our client is an energy drink company which manufactures energy drink and distributes globally. It also organizes an entertainment and Sport events. Our client has HQ in Futchel, Austria and India HO in Mumbai.

- Order Management by coordinating with Sales to adhere Order placement as per picking and dispatch timelines and through proper documentation and communication and to ensure deliverables timely and accurately through 3PL.
- Flagging of nonavailability of SKU's to concern department.
- Ensuring fill rate to customers and delivery within agreed timelines.
- Ensuring that all orders are shipped within 48 hrs of payment confirmation / approval from Commercial Dept.
- Take appointments from modern trade for stock delivery before PO expiry.
- Order processes in SAP and coordinates to WH for planning and follows up till customer delivery.
- Manages events and process the same in SAP for invoices and deployment of vehicles.
- Event and sales return processes in SAP and raises credit notes to related customer.
- Develop and maintain standardized Reports
- Sales analysis, Free goods analysis, order analysis, event analysis, POSM etc.
- SKU and quantity adjustments in SAP (upload/scrap/one time transaction) after audit and approval to adjust stock.
STN Planning
- Inventory optimization by planning of transfer of Inventory as per Sales forecast.
- Manages of FEFO and ensuring correct Batch getting dispatched.
- Always Ensuring on time dispatches, any delay in shipping is communicated to Sales.
- Management of POSM at warehouse and distribution.
- Conduct warehouse audit and do reconciliation as per transactions happened.
- Continually monitor, review and control carrier service levels as per agreed SLA
- Plan and arrange vehicles at warehouse for local distribution.
- Coordinate with Transporters & Customers for smooth shipping of goods
