- BD/Projects/LegalLooking to hire Assistant manager Business Development for Leading QSR Industry @ Chennai.
- Should have experience in QSR/Cloud Kitchen-Must lead Business Development/Projects & Legal part
- Hunting of Properties for Cloud kitchen as per company Standards/ Price negotiation Commercials within the budget Discussion with Property owner for legal team as per company norms
- Closing of rental deed & registration
- Preparation of legal agreement as per company norms/execution
- Property Attributes Dimensions and layout to assess as standards
- Layout designing/ planning & execution
- Completing Fit out within the time frame without any snag list
- Procurement of Equipment's as per standards/ Installation & follow up
- Involved in Site Visits, Approvals, Technical Visits, Negotiate Commercials, Sharing Agreement Discussion & Signing, Project Possession and Opening New Outlet
- Review all property related documents and ensure compliance followed.
- Coordinate License related documents, Electricity load enhancement, landlord scope of responsibilities, investment by landlord/ developer etc.
- Liaison between Regional business Development Team and other departments in the Corporate
- Legal, Operations, Accounts, Projects and Corporate Affairs.
