As a Brand Coordinator, you will be working with the Global Brand Lead & be responsible for developing and executing effective brand marketing strategies and initiatives.

You will be the custodian of the brand & work closely with cross-functional teams, including Business Unit Marketing, sales, and creative teams, to ensure a consistent and compelling brand presence in the B2B market.

Your primary goal will be to enhance brand awareness and drive business growth through impactful marketing campaigns and initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

Brand Strategy and Positioning:

  • Work along with the Global Brand Lead on the overall B2B brand strategy and positioning in the market.

Marketing Campaigns and Collaterals:

  • Create compelling brand marketing collateral, such as brochures, presentations, case studies, whitepapers, and sales enablement materials, to support the sales team.

Content Development:

  • Collaborate with the content marketing team to create highquality, engaging content for B2B audiences, including blog posts & thought leadership articles.
  • Ensure consistency in brand messaging and tone of voice across all marketing materials.

Brand Awareness and Brand Platforms:

  • Develop and implement strategies to increase brand awareness and thought leadership. Leverage relevant industry events, conferences, and tradeshows to promote the brand and generate leads.
  • Scale the existing Brand platforms and Sales Enablement platforms.

Cross-functional Collaboration:

  • Collaborate closely with Business Marketing Teams, sales, and creative teams to align brand messaging, product positioning, and marketing efforts.
  • Provide guidance and support to the sales team in leveraging brand assets, messaging, and campaigns to drive customer engagement and conversions.

Good to have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
  • Proven experience (34 years) in B2B brand marketing or a similar role
  • Indepth knowledge of B2B marketing strategies, tactics, and best practices.
  • Strong understanding of brand positioning, messaging, and storytelling.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience in developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns.
  • Proficiency in using marketing automation and analytics tools.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a crossfunctional team environment.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive informed marketing decisions.
  • Selfmotivated, detailoriented, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
