As a Brand Coordinator, you will be working with the Global Brand Lead & be responsible for developing and executing effective brand marketing strategies and initiatives. You will be the custodian of the brand & work closely with cross-functional teams, including Business Unit Marketing, sales, and creative teams, to ensure a consistent and compelling brand presence in the B2B market. Your primary goal will be to enhance brand awareness and drive business growth through impactful marketing campaigns and initiatives.

**Key Responsibilities**:
1. Brand Strategy and Positioning:

- Work along with the Global Brand Lead on the overall B2B brand strategy and positioning in the market.

2. Marketing Campaigns and Collaterals:

- Create compelling brand marketing collateral, such as brochures, presentations, case studies, whitepapers, and sales enablement materials, to support the sales team.

3. Content Development:

- Collaborate with the content marketing team to create high-quality, engaging content for B2B audiences, including blog posts & thought leadership articles.
- Ensure consistency in brand messaging and tone of voice across all marketing materials.

4. Brand Awareness and Brand Platforms:

- Develop and implement strategies to increase brand awareness and thought leadership. Leverage relevant industry events, conferences, and tradeshows to promote the brand and generate leads.
- Scale the existing Brand platforms and Sales Enablement platforms.

5. Cross-functional Collaboration:

- Collaborate closely with Business Marketing Teams, sales, and creative teams to align brand messaging, product positioning, and marketing efforts.
- Provide guidance and support to the sales team in leveraging brand assets, messaging, and campaigns to drive customer engagement and conversions.

**Good to have**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
- Proven experience (3-4 years) in B2B brand marketing or a similar role
- In-depth knowledge of B2B marketing strategies, tactics, and best practices.
- Strong understanding of brand positioning, messaging, and storytelling.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience in developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns.
- Proficiency in using marketing automation and analytics tools.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive informed marketing decisions.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
