Responsibilities
Engage with prospective clients, understand their needs, and guide them through the property-buying process.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring satisfaction.
Conduct property viewings, highlighting unique features and benefits to potential buyers.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless transactions and exceed sales targets.
Stay current with market trends, property values, and industry best practices.

Qualifications
Proven experience in residential property sales with a successful sales track record.
Hospitality industry experience will be a great advantage.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients.
In-depth knowledge of the residential property market and industry trends.
Self-motivated and results-driven, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
Local language proficiency is required.
